Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time using the tracking number provided, or on our Track Your Order page.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
